TeachMeCode Is Evolving

May 13th, 2019

Hi everyone,

TeachMeCode began as a peer-led coding platform I built in middle school when I was 13, a place where students could teach each other, grow together, and build real projects side by side.

After several incredible years, TeachMeCode is now transitioning into something new.

But this isn't the end, it's a new beginning.

While I'll no longer be working on learning-focused tools, I'll be continuing the journey in a new direction: automated debugging. One of our earliest prototypes around code correction was so well-received that I've decided to dedicate my full focus to it. That prototype is now evolving into something bigger:

Kodezi, short for Coding Made Easy.

Kodezi will be an AI-powered platform focused on helping developers automatically debug, heal, and evolve their code. If TeachMeCode was about learning to code, Kodezi is about helping you ship code, faster, smarter, and with fewer roadblocks.

As for those still looking to learn and grow through community:

I'm excited to share that the spirit of TeachMeCode will continue through CodeDay, an organization whose mission deeply aligns with ours. They empower students through hands-on learning, peer support, and creative coding experiences, everything TeachMeCode stood for and more.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Your support made it possible, and I can't wait to share what's next.
